“STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A BILL OF GOODS,WHICH IS NO GOOD.
“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

“I ALSO SPOKE TO A PREVIOUS EXECUTIVE, WHO CALLED ME, AND STATED THATS THE WAY MATCO DOES BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS AND RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR INVEST IN MATCO TOOLS…”
Marks & Klein is a legitimate franchise law firm that often represents franchisees in lawsuits against their franchisors, but we haven’t verified with them whether a lawsuit against Matco Tools is in the works or not.

Yes, Matco sells the warranty items and makes big bucks off the distributors, and then only credits the dist.a percentage of the broken stuff. My experience is about 10% backcharges to process my warranty returns. Matco’s returns are a profit center.
Nice to see Cary touring the matco corporate line.
The FDD numbers are bogus at best, the top two thirds are based on less than 10% of the total distributors. 90% by number of total active distributors are in the bottom 1/3 by cash flow if you follow weekly dist. Ranking numbers. I’m in the top third ranking and am still pumping money in to pay the weekly bills.
Thanks Obumma! And Matco.
Down to 30% backorders, and under 10% new defective product. Better than snappy now, but not by much.
Cary, You don’t seem to understand… I didn’t fail. I LEFT the Matco System because THEY failed me. I’m still in business, Matco is not. At least not in THIS TOWN!
Yes, Ratchet kits are a small part of the cost – You didn’t get it- ITS the Principle.
The BIG picture: I SUPPORTED THE FRANCHISOR- I SUPPORTED THE BRAND, What did I Get in return? The opportunity to put “matco” on the side of my truck? SInce I’ve taken it off, business is much better.
The only thing I cannot provide my customer today is a American made Toolbox with globally sourced parts. DId you ever ask why Matco DOESN’T put MADE in the USA on their box, but SNAP On Does?
You want a tool business? You don’t have to go to a franchise.
Sure, Matco credits you back-Less 10%, do you want to see the numbers? How many times have you taken care of your customer(warranty) and you were not by Matco?
What is brand confidence? Please explain that. Ask all the people that have recieved a tool box with the wrong drawer trim or wrong configuration. Damaged Boxes, but shipped anyway.
I received no loyalty from my customer due to the Matco Brand. Please give me an example of Matco provided loyalty. I think many would like to hear about it.
Many of the OBC admit, its not whats on the side of the truck, but whats in it.
Hey Cary are you happy with Matco?
Tell me why you like or dislike Matco.
CaptBoom, it’s nice to see you have facts supporting your statements
from Former:
“What is brand confidence? Please explain that. Ask all the people that have recieved a tool box with the wrong drawer trim or wrong configuration. Damaged Boxes, but shipped anyway.”
VERBATIM – MY EXPERIENCE
Ratchet repairs – we perform the LABOR free AND we have to pay for the repair kit???? Top that with sending in your Warranties and BEING SHORTEN 100% of the time!!!
and Please, don’t give me – “well ya just gotta call your DM” – NO – shouldn’t have to call anyone, I send in Warranties that are checked , and re checked , and checked again AND STILL – 100% of the time my credit is short
I ask a question – and ONLY get grief……………..
Start a Facebook page, and REALLY get grief
But,. I do have the BEST customers in the world!!!! They post in MY defense when the distractions are getting nasty
So pleased to have such loyal customers, I had to share just one post from FB yesterday……
Philip Groome
Just gotta throw in a comment here regarding Matco- in the 27+ years i have been an automotive tech, i have only wittnessed one Matco dealer who made it to retirement, i have had at least 5 Matco dealers that i can remember, none of which was around for more than a year or two, and for that reason i dont buy much from Matco- i know i wont have a dealer for long. I have known Debbie for around two years now and as far as tool dealers go, i would really enjoy doing more buisness with her than i do, she shows up every week ( cant say the same for Snap On) and has always been someone i enjoyed doing buisness with. When she started having issues with Matco, she reached out for help- near as i can tell, she got none. Her DM was supposed to contact all her stops and speak with her customers- can tell you nobody contacted this shop. That doesnt sound to me like a company that wants to help their franchisees…. Damned shame, hate to lose her… Bet we never see another Matco dealer here in rural Colorado either!!!!
Mr Boom,
Huh.. a percentage, last I saw (and do defectives about every 3 wks) I was being credited back last purchase price on what I sent back in. Wow your FDD numbers dont really make any sense to me, so your saying that 10% of the active distributors make up 75% of Matco’s income???????? I think u need to check your resources. I get the same reports in the Eagle as you do and unless you get “top secret matco reports” with numbers…i repeat with numbers that magically turns ranking into $$$$. You are full of that stuff that lands in a toilet…. waiste someone elses time. See you in vegas!!!!
Former
Side note: without a name you are a reseller, like tools 4 u, pirate tools, and what ever… when you are gone there will be no one to pick up you legacy that means that all your hard work building a route as a “independant” will be left to questions like “who can warranty my SK ratchet, I bought these mountain torque sticks from former, and Former said ATD under hood lights should last more than 3 months” easy to come up with these quotes because they are from my customers when I put the last independant (who was a former Sanpon distributor of 16 years) out of business.
You ever watch Torque TV, Speed, or any NHRA race INDEPENDANT????? I am a part of something, something that involves Eddie Hill, Big Daddy, Rat Fink, Antron Brown, Tony Schumacher and a large percentage of 1400 hard working distributors and a team of hard working customer service, special order, financial servies, tool box plant (Made in the USA), DC workers, warranty clerks, buyers… so on and so fourth.
My brand is trusted in my town.
Have a good night
Cary Devitt
Cary, You apparently don’t know the meaning of reseller. What does matco tools make? I didn’t hear you. 80% of what I sell is Danaher product.
Torque TV, Speed or NHRA, boy you are part of something BIG Eddie Hill, Bigs and Ed Roth. Now there are some names. Maybe if you tried to associate Mac-Allied with them, But Matco wasn’t around in their day.
It’s nice to know the marketing works on you, that is what it is for. They all have something to sell (the ones that are alive)
I can’t tell you how many free tickets I got to NHRA races, and never one from MATCO.
Obviously you love your Matco. Let me give you some facts.
END OF: Purchases VPTT
2005 $328,495.69 $13,120.99
2006 $272,251.23 $11,310.97
2007 $187,374.87 $4,531.01
2008 $175,867.69 $4539.88
2009 $83,617.10 $1398.56
2010 $76,591.20 $801.20
How wonderful is your Matco now?\
Can you tell me when I got SCREWED by Matco looking at these stats and can you tell why?
Tell me one more time how MATCO takes care of its DISTRIBUTORS.
*free* tickets to NHRA race??? that is rich!
I was DISTRIBUTOR OF THE RACE in July in Denver
I didn’t get a free ticket from Matco
NO, a HIGH SCHOOL friend with connections to Schumacher racing – offered me free tickets so that I wouldn’t miss the race
how sad is that????
from MY Matco Truck I sold the most tickets to the Mile Hi Nationals, earned the right to be Distributor of the Race
and yet……………………..no free ticket
So, I ask you???? what possibly could be my motivation to sell so many tickets again??
Speaking of NHRA, its as bad as the calendars.
How many races during the year does Matco advertises Franchises on the car. At least once they promote a distributor on the car. Boy that makes me feel good. I COULD BE THAT DISTRIBUTOR if I work hard and call on the shops THAT DON’T EXIST.
You see more of your dollars spent trying to get distributors than you do selling tools.
Watch the marketing REAL CLOSE, they are targeting you or prospective distributors in most cases. But thats ok, go for it, thats what they want.
There is so much ‘wrong’ with the Matco Business System, they have to ‘Market’ it continually. Just like Obama tries selling his socialist bill of goods.
Debbie, YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Eric Mulinmeister wouldn’t let that happen.
That’s like inviting Big Daddy to drive your car, but he had to get his own ticket.
I always amazed that even the ‘Distributor priced’ ticket was more than the ‘gate’ price.
Again, they target you to do their selling. Matco (ultimately you) pays Schumacher a sponser fee, Ask you too sell tickets to hospitality, more money for Schumacher.
Hopefully your name was on the car and Antron thanked you ‘On Air’.
The most upsetting fact is- One year ago, my business was doing fine. I was ‘breaking even’ and all my bills were getting paid. Then my DM stepped in, accused me of “living off my inventory”., told me I should be concerned as my inventory value had dropped. So, I did as HE instructed – and ordered more inventory. My route could not sustain increased inventory and therefore I fell behind. It is very difficult to catch up once you have fallen behind. Especially, considering I was operating under FALSE budget figures. I borrowed money -time and time again, thinking I just needed to get “over this hump”. The actuality was – it wasn’t a ‘temporary’ set back – it was a fundamental shortage that only snowballed over time.
Since you don’t want to respond I will explain for future Franchisee prospects.
At the end of 2005 I was 41 out of over 1500 Distributors. I walked across the stage and received an award from my new REGIONAL MANAGER (OF 2 months). He asks me to tell the other Distributors what makes a Distributor successful, “I tell them work when your competition isn’t” “Say HI! to all your customers” “Tote-N-Promote” “Buy Matco”. Then 2 months later my District Manager is terminated and a month after that #45 out of over 1500 is quitting.
A month after that I get a knock on my door It’s a District Manager from Texas telling me that they have screwed up! My District Manager got a guy approved for a new franchise and there is no where to put him. My fired District Manager brought him on without a survey being completed and they did a survey and only found about 100 customers that were not getting service. He told me this guy was promised a route and I had unsecured stops and would have to forfiet some to get him started. I told him my fired DM approved all my shops and I wasn’t given him nothing . After being harassed and standing my ground my NEW Regional Manager flies in to see me. Tells me what a bad thing I did to be servicing over 95% of all the customers I had (New and old) and purchasing almost $9000 per wk in tools since January. Actually, he just told me I was bad and had violated my franchise agreement. Of course I told him the same thing I told his henchman. That I had secured the stops though my DM. He tells me nothing is secure if it is not in writing and asks me if I filled out a drop/add form with my DM. I told him I had never heard of a drop/add form. I ask him what Matco is going to do if I don’t comply and he says we will take them anyway. I ask him if I could lose my franchise for not complying and he says “YES”. So I surrendered enough to give the new Distributor 10 more customers than what I had when I started.(338) So I think I have gotten them out of my hair. No, a week later DM from Texas shows up again and says in an angry and offensive manner that “I am giving up junk shops” that the Distributor “Needs a fair chance to succeed.” So I give up more… Every 2nd and 3rd shift stop I had I gave up. What kept me working 14 to 16 hrs. a day was gone. I was reduced to 350 customers. After 2 yrs. I only have about 23 customers more than what I started with. New Distributor has over 450. After being promised 2 shops less than 2 months after this guess who ends up with 2 more shops? Oh Yeah, New Distributor. Guess who abandons most of the shops I gave him? Oh Yeah, New Distributor. Guess who starts his own route going down a Highway 60 miles. Oh Yeah, New Distributor. Guess who didn’t last 1 year and half. You guessed it NEW DISTRIBUTOR.
Got to take a break before I blow up something.
Former, you’re talking out your ass again. So how many of your customers know what Danaher is?? You do sell 80% of Danaher product, and for that I say thanks!! Thanks for supporting the cause!! How about tomorrow you ask them? I bet NONE of them even know what Danaher is.. It doesn’t matter what you sell or who owns what. It’s what YOUR customers are going to put their trust into.. That’s brand loyalty for you..
As Cary said before, this brand (MATCO Tools #1) is trusted in this town.. Just ask the last…was it 8 or 9 snap off dealers in the last 10 years Cary? That went out of business.
Antron is a cool guy – did get a pic with him – but that pic didn’t even make it into the “Iron Eagle Updates” – or whatever they are calling the emails we get about the races…………………..
I DID post on Facebook!!!!!
Still pisses me off – should have gotten a FREE ticket
Of course, there was that “promotion” we did on the truck and the Customer could ‘win’ a Free ticket – i.e. I COULD BUY the customer a free ticket
Oh, best one? My customer ponied up for the hospitality ticket, paid the EXTRA – the hospitality tent ran out of food!!!! ok, happens, BUT the following LACK of customer service broke the camel’s back
Matco said call Schumacher
Schumacher said “sorry”
DEBBIE refunded the customer the price of the hospitality tent
ONCE AGAIN, AS ALWAYS – Customer Service – came out of MY pocket
My customers love me – and I’m broke
Debbie, if you were already selling off your inventory to support your wages, your business was actually failing before your DM instructed you to increase inventory. It sounds like your route cannot sustain a starter inventory. And drag tickets for dbrs are cheap. You should have been around when we paid full price for them.
Relentless sounds like you had quite a large list of calls to start with(well over 325) by reading your last post.
Former, get your facts right we sponsered Big Daddy in a TF car……remember
Debbie, by reading your Ladymatco post on another site you linked me to through Google, you want to quit, so what is holding you back???? If you are failing do not go into a deeper hole than you are in.
Tommy- You should spend more time working and less time emailing during your workday in Florida.
Have a good nite all, have to get ready to go to work.
Got a box being rolled off tomorrow.
See ya in Vegas!!!
Oh I’m sorry reckless, I couldn’t see your point but now I do! You were bitching about that FREE $35,000 you received from (MATCO Tools #1) over those past 5 years.. Damn that luck! How many other bills do you, or have you EVER paid that you get 35k back in five years just for paying on time??
guest17 go F&%$ YOURSELF!
Where did I leave off. Oh yeah.
So I tell this HENCHMAN “This is going to ruin me ” “He tells me not to worry just go out and get more shops you can build this back up again” Of course like I told you I was promised two shops and NEW DISTRIBUTOR got them.
You are probably wondering: Why did you stay?
You see I had grown my inventory to over $240,000 in less than two years and right before I walked across the stage I bought a new tool truck 26′. I was stuck.
Had I known I was going to get screwed do you think I would have that much inventory?
Do you think I what have bought a new truck?
Do you think my Regional Manager new these facts?
Do you really think Matco gives a shit about Distributors?
Debbie, sometimes you just got to tell certain customers to deal with it. You’ve done the best you can and it’s out of your reach..
MY customers know who Danaher is……….. they also know EVERY brand Danaher makes, they also tell me they can buy some of the stuff at Lowes and such
Don’t underestimate your customers – they are pretty smart
Well, MINE are :)
It’s relentless DUMBASS and why don’t you answer any of the Questions?
Nope, NOT going to tell one of MY customers, that I just talked into spending the money on hospitality and NHRA tickets – to the tune of about $90/each
………. to deal with it
That wouldn’t be POOR customer service – that would be NO customer service
My customers are more than well aware – WHEN Matco won’t take care of them, the customer service they are receiving is coming out of MY pocket –
NOW that is distributor loyalty :)
Mine are too Debbie, but they like the SERVICE I provide and therefore support me even if that set of gearwrenches is cheaper somewhere else.
Good point guest2.
Just goes to show these new FRANCHISEE prospects how much they will overpay if they accept a franchise agreement with Matco.
You know overpay for their tools to begin with.
Why did you spell SERVICE like that. Is their something you do to get money for SERVICES rendered? I think that would be illegal and a violation of your Matco Franchise Agreement.
Debbie, in MY opinion I agree i do the same sometimes. But the fact is SOME customers will take advantage of this. Buy them a burger and a beer or lunch sometime. That kind of stuff goes farther than complaining to them about how shitty matco is.. That’s the kind of stuff that builds loyalty
I would buy tools from you too if you did favors for me like that.
it seems funny here that only a few peoples comments count or are responded to. i was always taught that if you want someone to respect your opinion then you should at least have a little respect for theirs. not really the case here. then the retaliation attacks are down right rude at times. this all is just like a bad marriage or a relationship. some have one better than others and some not. sometime you get what you give. here there are good teams and there are bad teams. i dont see where anyone can get to the top by themselves. it all requires team work. the problem here is that alot of these teams are in it for themselves and not the team. those of you with the good team need to look outside of the box, truck. the world looks a whole lot different when you get on the outside looking in instead of staying on the inside looking out. all that is said here is true in some form or fashion. the main thing is that the rules are not the same for each and everyone of us. thats the problem. we all have a part in this but it is not for us to win. we are just the players. they say dont hate the player, hate the game. thats what this is all about, the game and the constant rule changing that doesnt apply to all just some and in most cases leads to financial ruin for the ones that didnt do as they were told. they did as they thought best for their business and were kicked to the curb. greed is what is wrong here and the fact that it is destroying peoples lives and families is wrong. MATCO is not going to accept any blame unless we unite as a common cause which is what this is for. anyone looking at all the posts cannot fail to see all the similarities. it is overwhelming. im getting on the bus with Jerry and hope that i can get something back more than what i have now which is nothing. together something can be done, by yourself not so much. safety in numbers they always say. if you would like to respond to this please do so in as nice a manner as i did to post this, thank you
Matco is SHITTY, SHITTY, SHITTY
I am Sorry to those of you still up that are just trying to voice your opinions on this website. I don’t want to be rude to guest2 but it pains me to listen to him see mean things to you guys. I don’t know why but he pretty much leaves me alone.
Yes in fact you’re right restless, show up in Vegas this year and be sure to bring those Tommy boy knee pads you all seem to be sharing and you can show us members of the successful distributors club how you SERVICE!!
i can remember sitting in class at Stow and talking about psa accounts where matco charged us 9%. we were told that matco didnt make any money on psa accounts so that is why they charged that. there were several people in the class including myself that couldnt believe that. i could never understand why a company would do something that big and not make any money on it and have to make it off of me. was anyone else told stuff like that
Restless why did you spell dumbass like that?? Did you mean NUMBASS?? Cause after all that’s what you’ll have after your done paying for Jerry’s new Benz
Richard, good night :) thank you for bringing the conversation back on track
You made excellent points, it is hard to stay on track when some posts just taunt and insult
It is an emotional subject, I know the whole deal has had me in tears (and NOT just because I am a woman – thought I would get that in before somebody attacked it)
SO, when people have LOST so much – they deserve to air their grievances
It has been said here by ADMIN before – “you don’t need to like or agree with the things I say – but you do have to respect my right to say them”
I’m taking a lot of heat – but, standing up is important
read the posts – EVERYONE- read the posts – we do have to unite and I think change is coming
thank you for your positive (and not just because your opinion) thank you for your positive and respectful input
good night!!!!
well damn, i must have shut everybody up. it sure got quiet quick. thanks debbie for your kind words. there is no reason to be bitter here. right is right and wrong is wrong.
yes jerry will make money on this but thats what he gets paid for, to help keep companies like matco from ruining peoples live and finances to better themselves, corporate greed. sometimes when you know that someone needs an ass whipping but you really cant do it, watching someone else do it serves the same purpose.
Well, my ppw is done, my computer is updated, my laundry is folded……………
Relentless – open a cold one (I have)
listening to some of the others inane comments just makes my head hurt!
google search – matco tools distributorships
PAGE ONE BABY!!!!
I found this humerous.

You’ll be better able to determine your start-up capital amount once you have met with a Matco Tools representative.
What are the total costs I will incur in purchasing a Matco Tools Franchise?
The costs depend on personal budget needs, projected business budget, equipment needs, inventory, and accounts receivable requirements.
As part of the “Distributor Driven” process, Matco has policies and procedures to assist candidates in entering the Matco Tools franchise system on a sound financial basis.
A Matco Representative will help you determine the exact cost of purchasing a Matco Tools Franchise.
How much can I expect to earn as a Matco Tools Franchisee?
Franchisee Rides will help you to determine actual franchisee earning potential. In the absence of any royalty requirements, Matco has not maintained records on the earnings of its franchise owners. Therefore, Matco does not provide actual or forecasted earnings claims.
However, franchise candidates can experience the realities of operating a Matco Tools Franchise during orientation days spent with current Matco Distributors.
How are my customers identified?
Matco Tools gives new franchise owners a “List of Calls,” which contains at least 325 potential customer names and contact information.
Each territory is identified by the District Business Manager through surveys and customer interviews.
This helps eliminate time-consuming cold calls, while increasing productivity and sales.
Are there fees associated with purchasing a Matco Tools Franchise?
Matco does not charge franchise fees, royalties or advertising fees as a means of permitting new distributors to start their businesses on a sound financial basis.
This reduces risks for new franchisees and encourages long-term development and growth for all Matco Distributors.
As a manufacturer, we depend on repeat sales through our distributors for income and growth. This relationship makes us true partners with our distributors.
Can I finance any of the costs for entering the franchise?
There are a variety of options to finance your initial investment. Based on your credit history, you may qualify for financing through Matco Tools, commercial banks, Credit Unions, or Savings and Loan Institutions.
Some may qualify for loans guaranteed through the Small Business Administration (SBA); others may choose to utilize their 401K funds.
A District Manager can assist in the preparation of loan applications and business plans.
What type of training is provided?
New franchise owners go through a two-week training course at Matco Tools’ Corporate Headquarters in Stow, Ohio.
Once complete, franchise owners will be assigned to a designated Trainer or District Manager to help get set up and learn how to operate their new business.
During the on-truck training, a course outline will be followed to assure all topics are covered and that required skill levels are reached.
In addition to new franchisee training, Matco Tools provides on-going training to all Matco Tools franchise owners.
The investment of time and resources in training Matco Tools franchisees has proven to be a major contributor to the success of the system and our gains in market share.
How do I qualify to become a Matco Tools Franchisee?
Completing the Matco Distributor application and submitting it for preliminary approval permits a detailed analysis of funding requirements, available financing options, and establishes franchise qualifications.
Once approved, you will meet with a Matco Representative to complete your personal business plan and budget.
You will choose at least 2 current Matco Franchisees to meet with and learn about the mobile tool business. These events will help you to experience the business and learn about the earnings opportunity.
Are there any financial qualifications involved with purchasing a Matco Tools Franchise?
Franchise owners are required to meet a qualifying net worth and credit score. To find out if your credentials meet Matco Tools’ franchise requirements, please complete the Request for More Information Form.
Once you have submitted the form, a Matco Tools representative will contact you to discuss your financial background and franchise opportunities further.
Will I be competing with other Matco Tools Franchisees?
No. Each Matco Tools Franchise has their own territory and “List of Calls,” so you never have to worry about overlapping or competing with other franchise owners.
Approximately how many miles is each territory?
That can vary from franchise to franchise. If your territory is located in the city, you may cover fewer miles as opposed to a franchise owner whose territory is located in a more rural area.
To get a better feel for the company and what it would be like to own a Matco Tools franchise, can I talk to an existing franchise owner?
Yes you can. In fact we encourage it. That’s because we understand that buying a franchise is a big step for you and your family, so we want to make sure it is the right step for you.

Wow! These statements imply that we have territories with our “List of Calls”. So we don’t have to Overlap. Very Interesting. Kind of implies you can call on shops as long as their in your territory.
Yeah this would be very useful in court.
How many failure Distributors are out there?
Who knows! But there are 465 routes available today.
How many of these 465 lost more than their business?
How many were forced to file bankruptcy?
How many Distributors got a divorce because of Matco?
How many took their life because of the situation Matco put them in?
Is this a serious problem?
You DAMN right it is!
Jay, I have all the time in the world to e-mail and blast matco, which I will continue to do.I sit behind a desk all day and have internet access all day. Jerry and I will be here for you when matco kicks you out, because it is coming. The numbers prove that will happen.Continue to sell the tools that you can, that came from overseas and we use to tear the label off , so our customers wouldn’t know, continue to overcharge your customers, because I’am sure your markup in the computer is over list price on the internet, mine used to be marked up 10% per my D.M. OVER LIST PRICE. I will be sure to post on the internet that truck prices are marked up over list from the matco site, per my D.M. You may want to start looking for a job, because they are hard to find and when matco gets done with you , you will be unemployed.
Guest17, I just sent an e-mail to your mom, she said for you to get out, because matco will be sending you down the road soon, and she was tired of paying your bills, she also said to tell you to call Jerry, he can help.
All matco is , is a spinoff from mac tools.matco has people that work for them that lie, make promises, tell you they will do something when they don’t and so on. Most of thier tools are made overseas. By they way how are their torx sockets, still breaking and what about silver eagle, made in where, overseas.
Richard, thanks for your input, you are right we need to be a team and unite. We need to stay the course, there are a few who try to change the conversation, lets not let it happen. Jerry dosen’t need this money, I know what he got from snapon.Jerry will bring light to this problem, and Matco Fools or Tools knows it.GO GET EM JERRY.
Each territory is identified by the District Business Manager through surveys and customer interviews.
This helps eliminate time-consuming cold calls, while increasing productivity and sales.

Oh Really! This didn’t do anything for me as my route was being serviced in three days by the previous Distributor.
DM had to convince me there were more stops out there that I could service before I would sign and go to Training.
I don’t know if he did not put those shops on my route in the beginning because he didn’t do a proper survey or he was telling the truth when he told me “Matco gives you the minimum it is up to you to go to work.”
I honestly thing my DM who got me started was trying to make Distributors successful it is whay happened when he got fired that makes this franchise a pathetic waste of time and money.
Hey Tommy boy, just because you ripped your customers off doesnt mean the rest of us do. My customers can check my prices with online any time they want, same on my truck , most of the time less on my truck, why because I am a smart business man and by at meetings, take advantage of hidden promos so I can pass the savings on to my customers.
Tommy….FYI, UTI has a contract with snap on, not Matco.
Also, still waiting for a response why I can’t find your name listed in top 200 for any years
Cause it is apparent you dont know where to look, I am notifying everyone, its called spreading the word, and once again I was instructed by my D.M. to go above list price, what are you saying, could he have mislead me, sounds like it.Call Jerry, you will need him soon.
