I and and few others in Virginia are happy because we got all our money back thanks to Virginia SCC that had a strong policy and inforced it. Few other states have a strong policy and many of the B4K owners lost all.
  The Division reached a Settlement agreement with BFK Franchise Company, LLC. and an Order was entered on June 2, 2016. Since the Settlement is public record now, I can discuss and share it with you.

• I purchased a Subway sandwich on Travis AFB and the food was situated with flies. The manager was hiding behind a door shooing a new worker to make excuses for also not having mayonaise. They offered me to open mayonnaise packages and spread the mayonnaise that people give as condiments. No service what so ever. I am attempting to notify the board of health of the infestation of flies.

• once again having issues with receiving my paycheck from BBJ and associates (Jani King) for work that has been completed over the course of 2.5 months. Mario D. Blount refuses to pay me my money for services that i have performed. This is an ongoing matter. I am not the only person that was formally an employee who either directly before payday or on payday has been told a bogus story about something they did not do correctly in which hundreds of dollars are being deducted or entire paychecks being withheld because he doesn’t want to pay or have enough money to pay for services rendered during the previous pay period. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND RESPECT!**

• I own the Dickeys Barbecue Pit in Visalia CA, Main St. My restaurant has never been closed! REMOVE this posting immediately before I take legal action against your company!

  There is a Dickey’s in Visalia where the owner had to find someone to take it over due to financial hardship. One of the 2 stores that were not profitable.

  but I enjoy reading unhappyfranchisees. While I have not made money
  in the franchise business -because of you and Blue Mau Mau, I have not lost
  any either. Therefore I am able to sleep at night.

  Furthermore, this is much better than any soap opera that was ever on TV.
  Unfortunately what you are dealing with is reality and people who have taken
  a large financial beating.

• I lost my Curves Franchise about a year ago to a fire. The insurance company won’t do anything and the Fire Marshall won’t make a final report.
  The building owner refused to re-new my lease after the fire because I was behind on my rent due to having to spend a couple thousand dollars on remodeling and required purchases demanded by the company- North Castle Partners who purchased Curves from Gary Heaven.
  I lost everything! Is there anything I can do now?

• I invested everything I had in 2006 to open a beef o Brady’s franchise the worst 10 years of my life no money in that franchise it’s like buying a new car spend the money an it’s worth nothing they r a has been franchise they will not help u with nothing I paid money for a second franchise they sold the rights out from underneath me all they will respond to you is contact our attorneys how can a franchiseee fight corporate you can’t an they know that they have a huge menu now that’s because corporate makes money on the food they sell u they are liers an thiefs in beef o Brady’s franchise if u fail they don’t care they got your money then they will start calling around to other store owners trying to sale your store u built an invested your money in they will try an sale the rights to that area again corporate makes money on your failure I’ve personally seen it done time an time again look how many stores have shutdown it’s a terrible terrible investment. Stay as far away from Beef o Brady’s franchise the people in corporate are terrible don’t know nothing about the restaurant industry for example made all the stores put in pizza ovens stores spent between $5,000 to $8,000 can’t name one store that even came close to making money back look at their menu now where is the pizza??? Off the menu see what I’m saying they r trying things at other people’s expense they won’t listen to know body it’s a power thing with the corporate people in charge now when your food cost is 60%an with old corporate my food cost was at 29% if qualify to open a beef o Brady’s I would not do it again with beef o Brady’s if u gave me a turn key operation look into the chillis franchise same qualifications for chilis as beefs no comparison it’s like the difference between a Yugo an a Mozzeriti stay away from the beef o Brady’s franchise u won’t fail it will!! All they want is your money an I can promise u won’t see them again u won’t even get an I’m sorry our franchise sucks an we screwed u out of all that money have a nice day an stay away from that beefs franchise!

• I am a current 7- eleven franchisee from a decade. 711 has neglected lot of its low end stores. Now it is systematically trying to take out all the franchisee using different mandates and clauses in the contract. In my case 711 has created circumstances to force me out .contract says open act is set up to give franchisee little room to breathe as its franchisee money but that is false .in fact when they want to get rid of you they will use that as tool and will not let you maintain 15k. This company has a culture of corruption seeped into its foundation thanks . From top to bottom it has fallen into decay. Principles and honor were tossed into trash long time ago. How these corporate thugs look into the eyes of their kids and can say ‘I got here by sheer hard work not by stealing ‘I lost respect for all of them. There is a law of nature what goes up comes down.
