My daughter and I went to the Marble Slab on S. Mason Rd in Katy Texas this evening. My daughter went in i stayed behind in the car. On her way back to the car my daughter accidentally dropped her kid’s scoop of ice cream on the ground. She was carrying two small kid’s cups for the both of us. When she went back in the store she informed the girl working there that she dropped her ice cream and asked if she could get another serving. The girl who worked there who said her name is Maria refused to replace the ice cream. She looked at the ice cream and said it didn’t look like anything was wrong. i went in at this point to find out the company’s policy in this situation. Maria said she is the manager and they only replace is there is hair in the ice cream or dirt. i realize Marble Slab may not replace all spilled ice cream. However, i feel the worker could have provided better customer service by saying she would replace it this time but its not the store’s policy to replace ice cream that is dropped. it was the kid’s cup size! Marble Slab has delicious ice cream that my family enjoys but it is horrible customer service like this that makes one not want to come again.

I was today 10/25/2015 at marble slab creamery located at 101 suit delmar street laredo texas . This workers have to remember that most people carry guns in their actions of stupidity will cause unpleasant situations leading to violence . I simply asked for an ice cream cone and he mocked me with the other guy that was helping him .Rude bulgar employees. They should learn how to treat customers.

I took my daughter and three of her friends to the marble slab in the galleria mall today for my daughters birthday after we went ice skating worst service ever first off the were so rude to my kids completely ignoring them second off they gave my kids ice cream and not once offer to put anything in it gave them plain ice cream when they asked for stuff in it instead of doing there trade mark and mixing it all together on the MARBLE SLAB they just sprinkled it on top and that was it !!! Then after I spent 40 bucks on ice cream we found nats in our ice cream and had to throw it away not happy at all very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Just went to the Marble Slab ob South Hulen in Fort Worth got there about 5 minutes before 10:00 PM and was greeted by a “Were Closed” not a good thing since the door was still unlocked and other customers are still in the establishment and to beat that after I went back in and got served rudely she gives me a “GO TO HELL” look as I walk out. Not a good experience!!!!

  • Today Me and my bf went to the marble slab in pearland,Tx. The weather was pretty bad today but it had stopped for about an hour or 2 before I arrived to the location. When We got there the area was pretty packed and everything seemed normal until I went to place my order and the girl at the counter stated “she couldn’t mix the ice cream because the ice slab had cut off from a power outage and it wasn’t cool yet”.. Mind you that there was frost all over the slab which meant it was cold. I stated that I didn’t mind I still wanted my toppings mixed in and didn’t understand why that couldn’t happen. She then stated that it would melt and handed my by his icecream unmixed! I then said it did not matter to me I would still like it to be mixed in. She looked up at her coworkers with this annoyed look and smirk, they then started saying things in Spanish. They were all young btw and rude I didn’t see not one adult. When she mixed our icecream everything was fine and normal and everything remained frozen solid. They were just being lazy and did not feel like mixing in the toppings. Worst marble slab experience ever!
