Fair Franchise Practices Bill: Remedies

(UnhappyFranchisee.Com) Among other things, proposed PA House Bill 1620 (Fair Franchise Practices Bill) states:

§ 918. Remedies.

(a) Relief.–A person that violates this chapter or a regulation of the department shall be liable to the franchisee for legal and equitable relief.

(b) Costs and attorney fees.–A court may award costs and attorney fees to a prevailing franchisee under subsection (a).
