It’s easy to claim to appreciate and value the service of military veterans.  For too long, no one took the time or made the effort to learn the truth behind the expertly & deceptively hyped JDog Junk Removal franchise “by veterans, for veterans.”  Now that the truth is out, who will demand an end to the exploitation of these veterans & their families?  Will you?  by Sean Kelly, Franchise Truth for Veterans.

This is one of those moments where it’s easy to tell the Patriots from the Exploiters. All you have to do to stop Tracy & Jerry Flanagan, Terry Corkery & Kevin Kopa  from continuing to terminate franchisees and resell their territories for new fees is sign our petition, and endorse our letter.  Or send them a letter of your own (please share below). Here is ours, which will be sent with the petition:
JDog Franchises, LLC 1021 Old Cassatt Road, Suite 100 Berwyn, PA 19312 Dear Jerry & Tracy Flanagan: It’s now public knowledge that JDog Franchising LLC has terminated nearly 300 veteran-owned franchises. It’s known that veterans & military families continue to lose their investments & have recently closed their JDog franchises in Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, South Dakota, Pennsylvania & California. It’s also clear that you have the power to immediately stop these tragic and devastating losses. Like others who deeply value our military veterans and believe in protecting those who have protected us, I urge you to:
  1. Immediately stop demanding franchise royalty payments and stop terminating veterans who can’t pay,
  2. Immediately cease selling high-failure rate JDog franchises to veterans & military families,
  3. Agree not resume franchise sales until you can prove, with the performance of your own junk removal operations, that the business model & fee structure offered to franchisees are profitable & sustainable.
Jerry & Tracy, you have advertised your commitment to America’s veterans and military families for years. This is your opportunity to demonstrate that Honor, Integrity & Trust is more than just an empty marketing slogan. Both for your sakes and for the well-being of our cherished military veterans & their families, I urge you to do the right thing. %%your signature%% God Bless America! God Bless Our Veterans!
