This is one of those moments where it’s easy to tell the Patriots from the Exploiters. All you have to do to stop Tracy & Jerry Flanagan, Terry Corkery & Kevin Kopa from continuing to terminate franchisees and resell their territories for new fees is sign our petition, and endorse our letter. It’s known that veterans & military families continue to lose their investments & have recently closed their JDog franchises in Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, South Dakota, Pennsylvania & California. It’s also clear that you have the power to immediately stop these tragic and devastating losses. Like others who deeply value our military veterans and believe in protecting those who have protected us, I urge you to: - Immediately stop demanding franchise royalty payments and stop terminating veterans who can’t pay,
- Immediately cease selling high-failure rate JDog franchises to veterans & military families,
- Agree not resume franchise sales until you can prove, with the performance of your own junk removal operations, that the business model & fee structure offered to franchisees are profitable & sustainable.
Jerry & Tracy, you have advertised your commitment to America’s veterans and military families for years.
