This just reinforces my belief that this franchise has serious management dynamic issues. The product is excellent, the price point is good, and they usually have very good locations. I have always sensed an absence of efficient management in the cafe’s. There were two in my city that have ultimately closed for the reason I have just stated.

I voiced my observation to the C-Suite at WOW and never received an acknowledgement. I suspect the franchisor is unresponsive to the needs of its franchisees.

It’s a shame because the product really is good.

Sirs, I was looking for the corporate office that handles complaints for franchise wows’. So I’m hoping you can forward this to the proper department. My name is Rhea and was recently (I resigned) employed at the Wow Cafe in Clearview mall. The night manager/supervisor who’s a server, on Saturday, August 10, 2013, loudly protested in the middle of the restaurant that she wasn’t waiting on any more of “Them” Black People, and proceeded to control the seating until myself and another server Amber Austin confronted her. I texted the owner later very angry and her response was “yeah, its not the first time.” I will also send this complaint to the NAACP because parctices like this should not be allowed on any level. Thank you.
