Mobile Tool Dealers Association
Mobile Tool Dealers Association was formed by dealers to help other dealers increase profits and avoid pitfalls that commonly plague all mobile tool dealers of Mac Tools, Snap-on Tools, Matco Tools and Cornwell Tools.
In March, 2013, The Mobile Tool Dealers Association introduced Buddy the Business Manager.
Tell Buddy the Business Manager the challenges you are facing as a mobile tool dealer or franchisee, and he will give you straightforward, unbiased, no-BS advice based on his years of experience in all facets of the mobile tool business.
SNAP-ON TOOLS Franchise Dealer Challenges
MAC TOOLS Franchise Dealer Challenges
MATCO TOOLS Franchise Dealer Challenges
CORNWELL TOOLS Franchise Dealer Challenges
If Buddy doesn’t know the answer, he knows someone who does.
The Mobile Tool Dealers Association was established by Jim Lager, a business owner operating a Multi franchise in Dallas area with 4 Snap-on franchises, 1 second van as well as a successful PIRTEK hydraulic hose replacement franchise.

Any help will be appreciated.
I’m a brand new Cornwell dealer, running the route for 9 weeks.
I don’t like it and want to get out.
I told my DM about it but he told me that at this point its too late and I would lose all I’ve invested, my best move would be to hang in there for six month to build equity before I get out.
At this point I’m scared and would rather hear information besides my DM which his #1 priority is Cornwell and not me.
I am looking to possibly buying a Matco Tools Franchise in Massachusetts
Any suggestions for me good or bad. I have thick skin so please be truthful.
If not The Matco franchise, then who would you recommend to go into business with and why.
