    Hello Doris,

    Dollar Tree stores are not a franchise. There are stores similar but if it was specifically a Dollar Tree then I’m doubtful this was a legitimate broker. He also has your personal information so I would contact the credit reporting agencies. Best to you in your future endeavors.
