• I would like to add this to the Bricks 4 Kidz/Creative Learning Corp. section of Unhappy Franchises. I and and few others in Virginia are happy because we got all our money back thanks to Virginia SCC that had a strong policy and inforced it. Few other states have a strong policy and many of the B4K owners lost all.
  The Division reached a Settlement agreement with BFK Franchise Company, LLC. and an Order was entered on June 2, 2016. Since the Settlement is public record now, I can discuss and share it with you.

• I purchased a Subway sandwich on Travis AFB and the food was situated with flies. The manager was hiding behind a door shooing a new worker to make excuses for also not having mayonaise. They offered me to open mayonnaise packages and spread the mayonnaise that people give as condiments. No service what so ever. I am attempting to notify the board of health of the infestation of flies.

• once again having issues with receiving my paycheck from BBJ and associates (Jani King) for work that has been completed over the course of 2.5 months. Mario D. Blount refuses to pay me my money for services that i have performed. This is an ongoing matter. I am not the only person that was formally an employee who either directly before payday or on payday has been told a bogus story about something they did not do correctly in which hundreds of dollars are being deducted or entire paychecks being withheld because he doesn't want to pay or have enough money to pay for services rendered during the previous pay period. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND RESPECT!**
