• I also was scammed by these guys. I was told if i put a down payment down of 1000 dollars they could help secure financing for the rest of the investment and than after I paid the 1000 dollars they told me I didn’t qualify for any financing and that my deposit was unrefundable. This made me mad as I was forthcoming with them in regards to my credit situation and i was told it would not be a problem whatsoever. As it stands i never got the 1000 dollars back and when I persistantly emailed them I never recieved any response back. I dealt with paul haver something as well.

• I bought a Revive Franchise in July 2011. I am looking to get my $14000 back that I invested. Who do I contact to get my money back? Thanks in advance.

• Just found out about the fraud. Bought my distributorship 2 years ago and shortly after became very ill. Was cleared this week to return to work but could,nt connect with anyone. Finally reached Greg in Pa. and Ron in Ks. and they told me the disturbing news. It has hit me especially hard.. I’m 70 years old and blind. My wife and I felt that this was a business that we could do so we invested every dime we had and now this. Don’t have a clue where to go from here. Anyway I wish each and everyone of you the very best

• Many people are angry here. Most posts and accusations are steeped in anger. Understandably so, but stop the lying.
  Revive was forced out of business because of a trademark dispute with FRS. See above. Chris Robertson and Mike Kelty are both both decent family men that never meant any harm to anyone. They believed in their ability to build the Revive brand, had all the best intentions and poured their money and hearts into the business. Immediately before having to abruptly close the business they were traveling around doing sampling events to promote the Revive product and its sales. I don’t think they would have wasted their time doing that if they were planning all along on just shutting the doors.
  I personally know Bill Wotochek and he is among the most hard-working, well-intentioned, and honest guys I know. Ask anyone that knows him or that even purchased a business from him. He is not a hard sales artist(the script above was written by David Miller and was never used after he left which was shortly after the start of the business), he is a patient, honest, and a highly respectful person and representative for every company in which he has worked, I am absolutely sure of that. Bill would never be involved in anything in which he didn’t believe had all the best intentions. If you have purchased anything from Bill that didn’t work out he is not to blame. Even the owners of Revive didn’t see the lawsuit coming. From what I understand, the reason there was no contact with franchisees after having to shut the doors is because of the advise of their attorneys and having few options as to how to help their franchisees since hundreds of thousands of dollars of product and packaging out in the market could no longer be used.
  Paul Haverstick is among the hardest working and honest and likeable men anyone would ever have the pleasure to know. Know one that knows him would ever dispute that. In fact know one that ever worked at Revive had any ill intentions. All were honest, hardworking, loving people. Sometimes in life even the best intentioned projects don’t work out in the end. Give the name calling and blaming a break and get the facts before you post angry comments.

  Please clarify a few things, because it sure seems to me that you’re the one doing the lying. Correct me, please

  Robertson, Kelty, Haverstick and Wotochek disappeared around the summer of 2011. Phones were disconnected. Emails weren’t returned. The office was abandoned, and the franchisees were left up sh*t creek without a paddle. That was a year before the trademark infringement lawsuit was filed.

  Why would that lawsuit force Revive out of business? All it was was over the words “healthy energy,” not even the name of the company.

  Sure sounds like you’re lying, “The Truth.”

  Funny, no one EVER mentioned on here that they were planning to close the doors all along. Bad slip, “The Truth.” But if they WERE planning on closing the doors, going around promoting right before they closed is EXACTLY what they would do to cover up that fact.

  So, if Logan Chierotti and Ryan Russo sold them a company that had been infringing on another company’s trademark for years and all the marketing and product and packaging was worthless, and if that lawsuit sunk the company and their investment, WHY ISN’T CHRIS ROBERTSON AND MIKE KELTY SUING CHIEROTTI AND RUSSO?

  Of course they would be suing. Unless…

  We don’t have to ask. There are dozens of them on these pages and probably dozens more who no longer can afford a computer or internet access. Ask anyone who bought a Revive franchise from Wotochek if he’s a great guy.

  So the attorneys told Robertson and Kelty NOT TO WARN the franchisees that if they continued to use their packaging they could be sued by FRS? And Chris Robertson, Mike Kelty, Paul Haverstick and Bill Wotochek decided not to warn franchisees, not to redo the packaging, just hang the franchisees out to dry because there would be a lawsuit filed in a year?

  Lots of people dispute that. Like all the people he disappeared from. Like all the people he’s been hiding from since he ditched them, like the rest of you cowards.

  Honest hardworking loving people with nothing to hide don’t disappear without a trace and hide like rats. Not one has come forward to explain what happened. Not one has come forward to apologize for ruining hundreds of lives.

  Guess we’re still waiting for the facts, because “The Truth” is evidentally one of the Revive Energy Mints culprits trying to cover their misdeeds with a ludicrous story that is an insult to our intelligence.

• Revive energy mints and its founders who went out and stole hard working individuals and families money should be put in jail for the rest of their life. They went out of business after taking my money. If they were good hard working people they should give back the money they stole from me and others who was suckered in by them. Paul Haverstick, Bill Wotochek the ones who stole my money are very professional scam artist.
  To Paul and Bill if you see this and if you are good people give us our money back we had nothing to do with any trade mark issues you may have caused yourself.I hope the U.S. Postal Sercvice bring you to justice.All i want from Paul and Bill is my $15,000.00 be good hard working men on your own.

  All of us that lost our money to these fraud artist should get our money back, but that will never happen. Thats what these guys do. They create these business with the intent to get as much money as they can and then go out. If there was no intent of ripping people off, even a simple call to the franchisees to explain the reason why, would go a long way. But thats not what these guys are about.

  Just remember Mr. Paul, what goes around comes around.. Your day will come..

• My husband was also duped by these idiots, they called him night and day about this failed franchise I as a wife did advised my husband not to do it ,,he was so fooled by them we invested 10000$$$ of our hard earned money on it ..we sold our property hoping its going to be a good business never knowing its all a scam..if anybody know these idiots tell them ,that they will know no peace in their life until they give us a call and refund our money back,,the God that made me, my husband, my 4children will judge them according to their handwork…we have been through a lot of hard times we are still going through it at the moment.

• I just found out about this site, but not about the scam, I realize that after years of even trying to place machines and businesses not wanting them in their stores based on the machines had no proper storage, and owners didn’t want no part in it in the event that the machine would get stolen. Bottom line I got with REVIVE January of 2010. I was awarded a settlement for my fathers wrongful death of a non licensed doctor killing my father in the middle of a deadly procedure . While trying to find ways to invest, my mother found revive on line and after speaking to Paul I was convinced that this would be a great opportunity for myself and my family. That’s when it began he some what pressured me into buying my way in and for 100 machines I spent 36,360$ included samples, brochures, of people who say they are rich with pictures of Hawaii in the background and Paul himself told me their biggest seller became rich left the business with all this money and she moved to Hawaii. I don’t know if any of you headed that same story but that’s what I was told. Long story short it’s been 3 yrs no profit and no I’m not rich and believe me I worked extra hard at this for years until I gave up. Since then I lost a lot due to Revive I’m very angry inside I feel lied to and stupid for not looking deep before I leaped. I lost 36,360.00 I n

• 1 last thing I had a business mind frame to go out and do this every step of the way. Every time I talked to Paul he would say I can’t do this I can’t do that I had the money for 2 min commercial I wanted to do here in Minnesota I was told not to do that either. I’m sitting on 100 machines no where to turn and now because just about everyone heard of this tragedy no one wants to buy the machines including pawn shops. I have 3 kids 3 2 and 1. I thought with my drive behind this mint product would get me one step closer to giving my children a better future. I guess not through REVIVE! I had to also sell one of my homes and cars because this set me back big! I guess I’m a fool I’m only 27 with big dreams and in the end that’s what happened I was sold a dream. I wish I can get my money back all 36,360 of it to put in my children’s college fund account. But I guess that money is gone lesson learned. Look deep before you leap now I know.. God Bless!

• I feel I got screwed big time with Revive just like everyone else. From time to time I check this site for updates or google the various people that use to work for or own Revive Franchising aka Rylo Products aka Sito Marketing aka Revive Energy Mints. I am curious how these people can sucker victims and then go on to other jobs as if nothing happened. Blaming new management for the business closing or the FRS lawsuit is a joke. Lots of pictures Logan Chierotti on google searches: hiking, fishing and talking about how great yoga is. Nice he can have such a nice life with his ill-gotten gains. Same with Paul Haverstick. He seems to be doing well in Boulder, CO. If I were him I wouldn’t be gloating about my Revive Franchising experience on online resumes. I don’t know how these guys and the others live with themselves knowing what they did and how it affected so many in a negative way. Neither my finances nor my outlook on human beings will ever be the same. Paul, Logan, Bill, Ryan, Chirs and Mike – please tell us how you feel. Are you sorry? Do you want to apologize to us? Pay us back? It would be great to read a real post from “management”.

• I try not to think about this “investment” anymore. $18 000 down the tube and it’s hard to come back from. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth….just like the mints. :(
