HUMAN HEALTHY VENDING: CEO Kelly Responds to UnhappyFranchisee.Com

HUMAN Healthy Vending CEO Sean Kelly Responds to UnhappyFranchisee.Com.

Readers of UnhappyFranchisee.Com know that we have written extensively about the hard-sell tactics and subsequent abandonment of their franchisees and distributors of Sito Marketing, LLC and Revive Franchising, LLC and Revive Energy Mints.

Recently, we learned that Bill Wotochek, former Vice President of Expansion for Sito Marketing, LLC and former President of Revive Franchising, LLC is now Senior Vice President for HUMAN Healthy Vending.

We were shocked when we read the HUMAN Healthy Vending Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and saw that Wotochek’s bio did not include his position as VP at Sito Marketing, LLC, did not disclose that he was President at Revive Franchising, LLC or that he had previously worked for a company the FTC exposed as an infomercial scam.

This revelation prompted two UnhappyFranchisee.com posts:

HUMAN Healthy Vending: the Next Revive Energy Mints Scam?

HUMAN Healthy Vending: Letter to Sean Kelly, CEO, Chief Humanist

We invited HUMAN Healthy Vending CEO & “Chief Humanist” Sean Kelly to provide a clarification, rebuttal or explanation.

Here is Mr. Kelly’s response.

HUMAN Healthy Vending

September 10, 2012

To Whom It May Concern:

HUMAN CEO Sean KellyWe have recently become aware of a posting on “UnhappyFranchisee.Com” which refers to our company, HUMAN Healthy Vending (“HUMAN”), but is primarily about Revive Franchising, LLC  (“Revive”), Sito Marketing, LLC (“Sito”) and Dalbey Educational Institute, LLLP (“Dalbey”).

Any claim or insinuation that HUMAN has any relationship whatsoever to any of these companies is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I have set forth below the true facts so that people can honestly weigh the charges made in the post against the actual facts and draw their own conclusions.

It is true that Bill Wotochek currently works for HUMAN. It is also true that Bill has worked for a number of companies in the past with great success. One of the companies he worked for was Sito which became Revive. Prior to this he briefly worked at Dalbey. His work at those companies was limited to sales. As a HUMAN team member, Bill has our full confidence and we fully support him.

Out of an excess of caution, we are reviewing the HUMAN FDD to ensure that we are in full compliance with our registration requirements, which I also have full confidence in.

I, and all decent people, feel great sympathy for those harmed by the deplorable judgment and business decisions made exclusively by the owners of Sito/Revive AFTER Bill resigned from the organization. I applaud Bill for having the foresight to leave Sito/Revive when the company’s new management and ownership began pursuing a path with which he did not agree (Chris Robertson and Mike Kelty became the new owners of Revive in early 2011).

I would strongly encourage all of the readers out there to learn more about HUMAN and the noble mission we are so passionately dedicated to, and invite all to reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns regarding any point raised in this posting.
Very truly yours,
 Sean Kelly

CEO and Chief Humanist

Sean Kelly is full of crap.

And I betcha he reviewed his FDD
to ensure the disclosure Bill Wotochek
    past is now properly disclosed.

HUMAN is at this moment adding
    untrained salespeople to its boiler
    room operation.

This just a run of the mill biz op
    vending machine scam that just
    happens to be a franchise.

  • I agree… All of you want to be franchisees, better do your homework before buying anything. Why would HUMAN hire this guy if he has a past!!!. Also if you know the ship is sinking why would you send an SOS to everyone. I question Mr. Wotocheck’s morals, and for that reason also question HUMAN Healthy Vending as a company.

The next scam is on!!!! PERIOD

  • Hancock , you are right about HUMAN CEO Sean Kelly and the whole company. They do not care about the people who purchased garbage machines. He backed up Bill Wotocheck. You are judged by the company you keep and your deplorable judgment and business practices. He lives in a sugar coated world. He talks about being decent. What a joke ! I lost a lot money investing in H.U.MAN. Contact me if you want to the fight for justice and your rights.

hi-I have just started to try n research the human healthy vending co w the idea of becoming a franchisee. im not technologically savee, so my research skills are limited. my only suspicions prior to reading abv emails was when sean Kelly spoke of how He was operating the co Solely for peoples’ health benefits-he made it out like he wasn’t in it for any monies that raised a red flag. but if you can exchange this email w marcial, or any other upset human franchisees, id appreciate it. thks!

these guys are all hustlers, strong salesmen ,all are out to sell machines that will take years to get their investment back., the bullshit story that they are just trying to help people is a joke. they must think people are morons to believe..their pitch in about a year or so,they will be out of business,as all these vending guys just keep going from one hustle to another.r

Someone needs to seriously investigate this company. Sean Kelly is an extremely unethical business man. I guess you can say I got scammed- I went through 6 interviews to be a part of this company- very intensive. My last interview (before I decided to opt out due to complete outrage) was where I finally met Sean. He was extremely unprofessional, offensive, belittling, and disrespectful. He ended the interview apologizing for not allowing me to speak much at all and insisting that I make a 7th meeting to ask the woman whom I would be replacing how difficult Sean is to work with. I have never been so disrespected by a man in my life. Horrible leader.

  • Elizabeth, you are right about Sean Kelly. You forgot to add despicable and piece of s t. PERIOD.

[Just a note to say this discussion is about Sean Kelly, CEO of H.U.M.A.N. Healthy Vending and NOT the Sean Kelly who publishes UnhappyFranchisee.Com. They are VERY different people. ADMIN]
