		<description>..and yes, hopefully all that poor management, poor decisions and under capitalization is in the past. With new ownership in place, I have seen a rapid upgrade in  basic business needs &amp; analysis and now concrete actions (new web site launched a few days ago, new call center management , control &amp; reporting, parts royalty plan, regular franchisee communications. etc.) required to get this once promising brand back on a growth path.</description>
