I’m a little confused. The impression I got from reading the press release about SBT was that they were a new company as of the end of 2007. Did they already exist? If so, what kind of products did they produce?

Regardless – I finally got on the bandwagon and filed a complaint with the AG’s office in Florida. I’m hoping to get some sort of response from them soon. If you already filed with them, did you get a response?

Some say that there is no actual SBT – that it was just a sham to get the state funding, and now it’s just a way to bankrupt Elite so it doesn’t have to pay all the franchisees it owes refunds.
Is SBT is a real company? Who is Alvin Handshoe? Does he have a manufacturing or construction background?

I”ve worked for SBT. for a couple years and I feel like I am stuck in the middle of a real bad elemetary school playground fight!
