Instead of being honest, he lied and lied and lied about what was going on (still waiting for those counters Dale was ordering from his brother and my GC is still waiting to be paid among other things) telling me to keep track of my expenses and he would help me out later. If you can't pay your rent, how are you going to pay mine? I am with you Joseph! Dale is a dishonest business man just as Morg and he needs to go to jail. I don't know about all of you but I have lost my life savings to Morg and Dale. They both need to pay for their actions. He inherited a shit storm, and it's going to take time and perseverance to get through this. In the meantime, I recommend you all cut down on the caffeine - your nerves seem to be frazzled. Try to stay positive ... your negative spewing all over the 'net isn't helping anyone, and may even be hurting those of us who are open and trying to make a go of it!
