Bonus Building Care, its principals, employees, master franchise owners and employees of master franchise owners are being accused of running an illegal business scheme
In the class action lawsuit Jennings et al v. Bonus Building Care, Inc. et al, the defendants are accused of fraudulently inducing individuals “to purchase a cleaning franchise and thereafter exploited their control and economic power in order to extract exorbitant and unjustifiable payments and expenditures from their franchisees.”
As a result, the suit alleges, “Defendants reap grossly inflated sales and profits, creating an illusion of corporate growth and business prosperity while causing substantial, permanent, irreparable financial harm to the unit franchisees.”

I use to work directley for Bonus Building Care, I can tell exactly how the business was operated.
we were part of bonus building care under Darry Dowdy in 1999,we were treated with lots of respect and given as much work as we can handle.We were discussing maybe doing it again,but i would like to know more you can e-mail or call me @[redacted] @ask for Bill
Didn’t some of these same guys, the Kincade family open a new cleaning business called Janarus, “The Good Janitors” in Nashville, TN where they are attempting to sell franchises again?
Janarus, The Good Janitors may not have any lawsuits or complaints yet in Nashville TN, but they probably should be banned from selling franchises at this point.
I researched Janarus – The good Janitors in Nashville TN, and some of the same people Chris Kincade, Earl Kincade, Chuck kincade are the main players of that operation. If you search scam, lawsuit, complaints, commercial cleaning franchises, pyramid scam, nothing shows up yet. But, I noticed it says they are preparing to sell franchises once again. They are having the documents drawn up, or something. I say lookout out if these folks are behind it. Looks like their fuel tank is running low on integrity from what you see on the net. Racketeering, give my a break, I think of the mob when I here that word.
i guess the name has change from Bonus Building Care to Janarus, but the players are the same. The reviews haven’t caught up with them yet, and the BBB only goes back so far, plus the name change throws off the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will forget about selling franchise, but I doubt it.
I use to be a franchise owner with Bonus Building care and they was taking money from us it’s like we was working for Free even when my the account was paid off
They have re-opened under the name Janarus The Good Janitors.
